Case study: Chiquita, from “octopus” company to sustainable agriculture pioneer

Here’s a presentation I put together for our online course “Getting to Grips with Corporate Responsibility” currently being taken about around 70 managers all over the world.

It’s about Chiquita, the well known Banana brand, which has one of the more fascinating histories in the field of sustainable and ethical business.

I’ve tried to offer some insight into their journey over the last century to where they are today on sustainable agriculture.

On the course linked above, you get video, webinars, live debates and discussion forums.

There are around 80 short videos and presentations, all with video, on the eight module course.

Here’s a link to the presentation for those getting this via email.

Otherwise, it’s embedded below. The course begins again in September. Contact for more information and pricing.
