The NY Times has an excellent piece on their site as of Sunday on crisis management.
It’s the kind of article the British press used to do, before the Sunday Times, The Observer and Telegraph et. al. had all their budgets slashed for proper journalism and resorted to the kind of page-filling columnist nonsense one gets today in what passes for a British newspaper.
