Low carbon China, a new report on innovation

From Paul French in Shanghai (where blogger is blocked!):

Roughly a year ago we did a podcast from Shanghai with David Tyfield of Lancaster University about low carbon innovation initiatives in China including UK-China links in this area and examples of low carbon initiatives on fuel cell technology in Shanghai and a rural biogas project in China’s countryside. ()

Now Tyfield, Jin Jun (of Zhejiang University) and Tyler Rooker (of Oxford University) have published a longer report on this subject – Game-Changing China – Lessons From China about Disruptive Low Carbon Innovation (under the auspices of NESTA – National Endowment for Science Technology and the Arts) – it’s downloadable as a pdf here.
